At Hillberg & Berk, we want you to feel empowered and confident in your purchase. If your jewelry isn't exactly what you envisioned, we offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Hillberg & Berk box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
